Description of Building

Cassel Executive Offices is a 100’ x 50’ building of rentable office suite space. It features office suites rentable by the day, week, or month. The building provides lighted and secure entries in the front and back. It also features a break room, restrooms, and a coat room. In the back a 24’ x 50’ carport provides easy and sheltered access to the building. Front Lobby – Open comfortable reception area with seating and a view for clients. There are 3 work stations in the center area for a receptionist, file clerk, and secretary; two storage areas near the center rear of the building and 60 file cabinets. There are 10 potential office suite spaces of various sizes and configurations. Furniture is available if desired.  Each office has 2 data lines and a phone line. Two of the central stations could be removed for a larger seating, meeting, or classroom to be built. This would create room for 16-24 people in a learning or meeting environment.
